Refund policy
Our goal is for you to love every single piece you order but we know returns happen!
If for some reason you are not 100% satisfied with your order (we hope you will be!), we accept returns within 30 days of purchase of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise purchased with all original tags attached in exchange of store credit.
RETURN CONDITIONS:
- Any reduced-price items of merchandise marked “SALE" or "Final Sale" cannot be returned.
- Pre-Orders are final sale.
- Body Suits are final sale.
- Accessories are final sale.
- All original tags must be attached.
- ***Unfortunately, you will not receive credit if items are defected and/or not in original condition + a shipping fee will be charged to your account in order to ship the item(s) back to you.
To start a return, you can contact us at saylorlaneboutique@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. If you are local we will send an email of where to drop off items if you choose that route. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

RETURN ADDRESS:
- Please make sure your order meets our return criteria and is not a final sale item before you complete your return! :)
- Include your Order Number (included in your original order confirmation email and printed invoice!) and Reason for Return! (i.e. wrong size, defective item, etc.)
- I will be contacting you through email of where to send your return to.
- Please allow 3-4 business days for us to receive your return, and 7-10 business days for our return department to process your return and store credit.
- You will receive an online store credit via email. This store credit will be applied to the original email and account your purchase was made on.
